1. First, sign the template using the Notes Administration client with an ID that has run unrestricted methods and operations rights. This step is important for the Domino FTI viewer needs to access the databases and file system.

2. Next, create an application using the template.

3. Adjust the Access Control Lists (ACLs) of the newly created application to limit access to only authorized users.

Once you've completed these steps, open the newly created application, open the Full Text Indexes view, click on Catalog Databases and check out the results. That's it!
