Follow the link sent to you from SCM asking to login 

Now, because you have forgotten your password, click on the Email registration link down the bottom 

Click on the Reset Forgotten password option.

A recovery code will be sent you your mobile, enter the code and the new password.

Your password has now been reset. Close the browser window. Go back to the original link sent to you via email and login.
