Confirm your fax number with the customer.

It is not uncommon for a customer to be sending to an incorrect number.



Confirm the Preemptive Cloud Fax service is responding to your fax number.

The easiest way to do this is to ring the number and listen for fax tones. If you do not get fax tones, open a support ticket.



You only receive part of the fax.

This is a more complex issue and can happen for a variety of reasons. If this keeps happening please raise a support ticket at preemptive.freshdesk.com and we will investigate it for you.
